All tour bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
Prices displayed on our website are in Euro and may be subject to change without prior notice.
Payment processing is conducted through secure third-party payment processors. By providing your payment information, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use any payment method used in connection with any transaction.
Booking is confirmed only after full payment is received and acknowledged by us.
We offer off-road wild camping tours in Albania. While we strive to provide accurate descriptions, we reserve the right to modify tour details prior to confirmation.
Cancellations made more than 30 days before the tour start date are eligible for a full refund minus a processing fee of 50€.
Cancellations made 15-30 days before the tour start date are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 15 days before the tour start date are not eligible for a refund.
We reserve the right to cancel tours due to inadequate enrollment, safety concerns, or force majeure events. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Off-road wild camping tours involve inherent risks. By booking our tours, you acknowledge these risks and agree to participate at your own risk.
We strongly recommend that all participants have appropriate travel and health insurance that covers adventure activities in Albania.
While participating in our tours, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations of Albania.
You agree to respect the natural environment, wildlife, and local communities we visit.
We reserve the right to terminate your participation in a tour if your conduct endangers others or negatively impacts the tour experience.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Albania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
